Flat 285 La Suite

We had a fantastic time in the incredible city of Rome with my family, and having great hotel accommodations played a big part in that. The location is brilliant—near a metro station and right in front of a bus stop to the main attractions, including being in close proximity to the Vatican. The place is perfectly accessible from the Fiumicino airport. Shuttle bus for 5 eur only, brought us almost to the door of the hotel. Also, a perfect place to explore the city with numerous options to eat or have a drink in the walking vicinity. The hosts were very welcoming and allowed us to leave the bags before our check-in time. The beds were comfy.

The room was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. I loved the bathroom, spacious and with a fantastic shower. The breakfast was very rich with excellent cappuccino, pastries, cakes (the one with custard cream was amazing), fruit, yogurt and savoury food. Great location in a historical and classic building 3 minutes walk to the Vatican, in a quiet but central area, close to many restaurants and cafes. The Ottaviano metro station is just 5 minutes walk, perfect to travel to the Termini train station and the airport and also to explore the rest of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here!

The room was in a converted apartment inside a beautiful building, on the 4th floor but the lift was working perfectly so that was no issue for us. The location was outstanding, 5 minutes walk from the Vatican and just a few minutes walk from many good shops, excellent restaurants and bars. The area felt very safe and we had no issues walking around with our family. The room was comfortable enough for 2 adults and 2 children, beds were comfy and lots of clean linen available. The staff were fantastic, specially the wonderful lady on reception who gave us many excellent suggestions for our stay in Rome and really helped to make our trip fantastic!
