Loved this hotel. The location was fantastic as it so close to the Vatican. The other main sites were also not far that far away either. The hotel was situated in a lovely street and we felt really safe here. The room had a safe facility and it was really modern and clean. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful and had good communication from the day we booked it. We were not leaving Rome until later in the day and were able to safely store our luggage in the little reception area, which was secure as you needed an electronic key card to get into the front door from the street and then again to get into the actual hotel itself. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

We had a fantastic time in the incredible city of Rome with my family, and having great hotel accommodations played a big part in that. The location is brilliant—near a metro station and right in front of a bus stop to the main attractions, including being in close proximity to the Vatican. Grecia (this next message is from my husband, Newton): Hi Grecia, thank you so much for sorting out our room request so efficiently and professionally, and for making our stay very pleasant. Alfonso, Arnel, and their colleagues are really friendly, patient, and super helpful. Thank you very much for the excellent, friendly service and attention. Salamat po!

The room was in a converted apartment inside a beautiful building, on the 4th floor but the lift was working perfectly so that was no issue for us. The location was outstanding, 5 minutes walk from the Vatican and just a few minutes walk from many good shops, excellent restaurants and bars. The area felt very safe and we had no issues walking around with our family. The room was comfortable enough for 2 adults and 2 children, beds were comfy and lots of clean linen available. The staff were fantastic, specially the wonderful lady on reception who gave us many excellent suggestions for our stay in Rome and really helped to make our trip fantastic!

The room was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. I loved the bathroom, spacious and with a fantastic shower. The breakfast was very rich with excellent cappuccino, pastries, cakes (the one with custard cream was amazing), fruit, yogurt and savoury food. Great location in a historical and classic building 3 minutes walk to the Vatican, in a quiet but central area, close to many restaurants and cafes. The Ottaviano metro station is just 5 minutes walk, perfect to travel to the Termini train station and the airport and also to explore the rest of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here!

This accommodation is located in perhaps the best location in all of Rome. We did not use any means of transport during our entire stay, except for the journey from and to the airport. The accommodation was very clean, cozy and pleasant. The unpleasant smell from the garbage was after the rainy weather, which is understandable for old houses, as you will read in other reviews. And it only happened once.
